The Waterside Hotel & Leisure Club are currently looking for an experienced electrically qualified Maintenance Manager to join the Waterside team and to manage our good competent team already in place. The successful candidate should ensure the effective functioning of the hotel and leisure club facilities and provide an efficient and safe environment for employees and our guests by using best business practices to manage resources, services and processes to meet the needs of the Waterside Hotel & Leisure Club.

As Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all areas of the hotel and leisure club including equipment, services, buildings and plant. You will be responsible for ensuring that the hotel achieves its safety and cost control targets so you will need to be confident in creating and implementing a PPM programme as this will be a critical aspect of the role.
You will also need the ability to lead a team and deliver results to deadlines through your people, with full responsibility for recruiting, managing and developing your team. The role will consist of 80% on tools and 20% on admin, and will be a mixture of inside and outside work.
We are offering a full-time role (40 hours) with 5 shifts over 7 days, you will be required to work one weekend a month. From time to time given the nature of our business some overnight work may also be required.
