Ensure you send your invitations out weeks ahead of the event as diaries tend to get filled up pretty quickly. Also, always include an RSVP so you don’t overspend on the alcohol or hors d’oeuvre.
Cater to everyone
Whether its vegan, vegetarian or peanut allergy requirements which need to meet, make sure you have considered everybody’s needs and catered to them ahead of the day – you don’t want anybody to go home hungry or feeling anything less than special.
Provide a warm welcome
Whether you choose to do it with champagne, a signature cocktail or delectable canapes, ensure your guests’ hands aren’t empty on arrival. Also, consider dimming the lights or adorning the place in candles for a more intimate arrival.
Sort out the music
